溴化锂冷水机组是一种以溴化锂为吸收剂、水为冷媒剂、蒸汽为能源的制冷设备,冷水机组的运行情况与冷却水温度、蒸汽压力大小有着密切的关系,其中,冷媒水温度与机组高发浓溶液是影响系统运行的关键性因素,目前,我国大多数溴化锂机组并没有普及实时自动监测系统,主要使用数显式仪表控制系统与动圈式控制系统,这些系统存在着很大的不足。本文主要分析溴化锂冷水机组电气控制系统自动化升级改造方式与注意事项。
Lithium bromide water chiller is a kind of refrigeration equipment with lithium bromide as absorbent and water as refrigerant and steam as energy source. The operation of chiller is closely related to cooling water temperature and steam pressure. Among them, Concentrated solution is the key factor that affects the operation of the system. At present, most lithium bromide units in China do not popularize real-time automatic monitoring system, mainly using digital instrument control system and moving coil control system. These systems have a lot of shortcomings. This article analyzes the lithium bromide water chiller electrical control system automation upgrades and precautions.
