首先阐述了铁路客运营销决策支持系统所应采用的数据库技术 ,然后分析了客运营销决策支持系统的数据库实现 ,对系统应该采用的模式、应包含的数据库以及数据挖掘问题进行了研究。
Firstly, the database technology used in decision support system of railway passenger transport marketing is expounded. Then the database implementation of passenger marketing decision support system is analyzed. The model of the system, the database to be included and the data mining problem are analyzed.
