为贯彻落实习近平总书记关于安全工作的重要指示精神,进一步加强煤炭行业安全生产工作,发挥工会组织重要作用,提升煤矿特聘群众安全监督员业务素质,激发群监员做好群众安全监督检查工作的主动性、积极性和责任感,营造“人人关注安全,人人为了安全”的浓郁氛围,以实际行动迎接党的十九大胜利召开。2017年7月,中国能源化学地质工会下发了《关于开展煤炭行业特聘群众安全监督员网上练兵活动的通知》(能源化学工发[2017]19号),决定7月至9月在全国煤炭行业开展特聘群众安全监督员网上练兵活动。
