采用聚合酶链反应和寡核苷酸探针杂交法检测20例胃肠肿瘤中H-ras癌基因第十二位密码子的G→T点突变,结果在1/1贲门癌和4/13胃癌中发现有这种点突变的存在,而6例大肠癌中无1例发生突变,提示H—ras癌基因的点突变可能是贲门癌和胃癌中癌基因的激活方式之一。
The G→T point mutation of the 12th codon of H-ras oncogene in 20 cases of gastrointestinal tumors was detected by polymerase chain reaction and oligonucleotide probe hybridization. The result was 1/1 cardiac cancer and 4/13. The presence of such point mutations was found in gastric cancer, and none of the 6 colorectal cancers had mutations, suggesting that point mutations in the H-ras oncogene may be one of the activation of oncogenes in cardiac and gastric cancers.
