为了研究白介素1β基因 511多态位点与血管紧张素1转化酶抑制剂—苯那普利疗效的相关性,对中国安徽省霍邱(n=594)和岳西(n=352)两地区患有原发性高血压病患者用苯那普利连续治疗15天,其间测量患者的血压和收集患者血样.用聚合链反应—限制性片段长度多态性(PCR RFLP)方法对所有患者的白介素1β( 511)多态位点进行了基因型分析,并用线性和logistic回归模型进行了白介素1β( 511)基因型与苯那普利疗效的相关性分析.在线性回归模型中,将病人治疗15天前后血压差值当作一连续变量,在logistic回归模型中,将患者对药物的反应当作二分变量进行分析.在回归分析中,对一些混杂因素进行了必要的调整.两种模型研究结果均发现:白介素1β( 511)基因型与两地区患者服用苯那普利15天后的收缩压和舒张压的降压幅度没有相关性.该结果提示白介素1β( 511)多态性可能不会对苯那普利的疗效产生影响.
