The HPCE was used as an asymmetric synthetic product to replace the enantiomeric purity of the tetrahydro-β-carboline chiral compounds. The linear correlation coefficient was 0.997. 5 × 10-6g / g; relative standard deviation of relative peak area is less than 1%; relative standard deviation of relative migration time is less than 0.1%.
