目的 寻找脑动脉硬化症 (CAS)的早期指标 ,以利尽早防止 CAS的发生。方法 运用经颅多普勒 (TCD)技术动态观察有 TCD指征的患者 180例 ,年龄小于 30岁 ,性别比为 1∶ 1。结果 部分患者脑动脉有不同程度的异常改变 ,其中单纯性搏动指数 (PI)增高者占 16 .11% ;单纯性血液流速异常者占 2 3.33% ;单纯性峰时后延者占 32 .2 2 %。前两者可出现于任一脑血管 ,且随年龄增长无增多。后者仅仅出现于椎 -基底动脉 ,虽然其未达到脑动脉硬化诊断标准 ,但从 11岁以后随年龄增长人数明显增多。结论 单纯性峰时后延可能为 TCD诊断脑动脉硬化的早期诊断指标之一。
Objective To find the early indicators of cerebral arteriosclerosis (CAS) in order to prevent the occurrence of CAS as soon as possible. Methods Transcranial Doppler (TCD) technique was used to dynamically observe 180 patients with TCD indications, with a mean age of less than 30 years and a sex ratio of 1: 1. Results Some patients had abnormal changes of cerebral arteries in different degrees. Among them, the increase of simple pulsatility index (PI) accounted for 16.11%; simple blood flow abnormality accounted for 23.33%; simple peak-time delay accounted for 32.2 2 %. The first two can appear in any cerebrovascular, and with age increase no increase. The latter only appeared in the vertebrobasilar artery, although it did not meet the diagnostic criteria of cerebral arteriosclerosis, but from the age of 11 increased significantly with age. Conclusions The postponement of simple peak may be one of the early diagnostic indicators for the diagnosis of cerebral arteriosclerosis by TCD.
