探讨HACCP体系在调味品生产中的应用。以食醋为例,对生产各个环节分析,确定HACCP体系建立程序,将生产过程的危害因素降低到最低限度,从而提高产品质量。
Discuss the application of HACCP system in condiment production. Taking vinegar as an example, we analyze all aspects of production to determine the establishment procedure of HACCP system, and reduce the harm factors in the production process to a minimum so as to improve product quality.
