河北省有化工厂427个,接触氯化物的职工达万余人,均在低浓度的环境下(1mg/m~3)如液氯、盐酸、漂白粉等车间工作。共检测两个企业接触氯化物车间,空气氯化物浓度接近国家标准,11个样品中有1个样品超标。9个化工厂查体1046人,女工约占25%,年龄最大60岁,最小的17岁,平均31.8岁;工龄最长的35年,最短的0. 17年,平均9.7年;有既往病史者287人,占20.4%,有自觉症状者832人,与对照组比较差别有高度显著性(P<0.01),阳性检出率明显高于对照组。平均工龄长的(15年)与平均工龄短的(5年)相比,肺功能改变有显著增加(P<0.01)。年龄较大者肺功能异常增高。接触氯气的工人吸烟者比不吸烟者的肺功能有明显下降。调查表明:口腔疾患、酸蚀症,咽喉体征明显高于对照组(P<0.01),提示氯化物的危害存在。其他各项体征阳性结果在化工厂之间无关系。但危害与工龄、年龄有
There are 427 chemical plants in Hebei Province and more than 10,000 workers exposed to chlorides, all working under the low concentration environment (1mg / m3) such as liquid chlorine, hydrochloric acid and bleaching powder.
