目的:了解胃癌患者营养相关知识知晓水平,并探讨其影响因素,为制定针对性的健康教育提供参考依据。方法:采用自行设计的一般情况调查表和肿瘤患者营养相关知识问卷对胃癌患者进行调查。结果:胃癌患者营养相关知识得分(66.2±14.8)分,17个条目中知晓率在16.0%~72.3%之间;单因素分析显示,营养相关知识得分在不同文化程度、居住地、医疗费支付方式、家庭人均月收入及是否接受过营养知识宣教中差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而在不同性别、年龄、婚姻状况中差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);多因素Logistic分析显示:不同文化程度(以小学及以下为参照,OR=3.62)、居住地(以农村为参照OR=3.21)、医疗费支付方式(以自费为参照OR=4.12)、家庭人均月收入(以<1 000元为参照OR=2.99)及是否接受过营养知识宣教(以未接受过营养知识教育为参照OR=3.10)是影响胃癌患者营养相关知识水平的因素(P<0.01)。结论:胃癌患者营养相关知识知晓水平较低,不同文化程度、居住地、医疗费支付方式、家庭人均月收入及是否接受过营养知识宣教是影响因素,应制定针对性的健康教育,提高患者营养相关知识知晓水平。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the level of awareness of nutritional related knowledge in patients with gastric cancer and explore the influencing factors, so as to provide a reference for the development of targeted health education. Methods: Gastric cancer patients were investigated by self-designed questionnaire of general situation and nutritional knowledge of cancer patients. Results: The score of nutrition-related knowledge of gastric cancer patients was 66.2 ± 14.8, and the awareness rate of 17 items was between 16.0% -72.3%. Univariate analysis showed that nutritional-related knowledge scores were significantly different among different education levels, residence, medical expenses (P <0.05), but there was no significant difference in gender, age and marital status (P> 0.05). Multivariate Logistic analysis (OR = 3.62 for reference to primary school and below, OR = 3.62 for reference), payment method for medical expenses (OR = 4.12 with reference to self-pay), monthly income per capita <1 000 for the reference OR = 2.99), and whether they had been educated or not (OR = 3.10 for those who did not receive nutritional education) were the factors influencing nutrition-related knowledge of gastric cancer patients (P <0.01). Conclusion: Gastric cancer patients with low level of awareness of nutrition-related knowledge, different education levels, place of residence, payment of medical expenses, per capita monthly household income and whether or not nutrition education has been the mission of education, should develop targeted health education and improve patient nutrition Knowledge of the level of knowledge.
