本文对BioDopp工艺的原理和具体技术特点作了简单介绍,该工艺通过将除碳、脱氮、除磷等多个处理功能集成一体,大大节省了工程的基建成本和运行费用。通过几个典型工程实例的分析可以发现BioDopp工艺在处理工业废水时,普遍比传统工艺出水效果优,污染物的排放量大量减少;且占地省30%~50%,能耗及药耗总和节省超过50%,节能降耗效果明显。
In this paper, the principle and specific technical features of BioDopp process are introduced briefly. This process greatly reduces the capital cost and operating cost of the project by integrating multiple processing functions such as carbon removal, denitrification and phosphorus removal. Through the analysis of several typical engineering examples, it can be found that the BioDopp process is superior to the traditional process in effluent water treatment and greatly reduces the discharge of pollutants when it disposes of industrial wastewater; and occupies 30% to 50% of the province, and the total energy consumption and drug consumption Save more than 50%, energy saving effect is obvious.
