一、课题的提出中学德育必须把中学生的操行训练与评估工作放在重要地位。所谓操行评估,就是教师、学生群体(包括学生本人)、家长依据一定的社会标准,对学生的行为表现作出不同层次的评价。目前,学生操行评定仍由班主任每学期给全班学生写四五十份评语。评语由教师凭经验、印象给出的做法存在以下四个弊端。1.随意性:由于班主任的精力与视野有限,因此对四五十位学生的印象势必存在着深浅、宽窄、清晰和模糊等各种差距。除了表现突出的两头学生因反差人,透明度高较容易评价外,对那些性格内向、表现平平的中间学生的评语,往往就格外
I. The proposal of the topic The secondary school moral education must put the conduct and evaluation of middle school students on an important position. The so-called conduct evaluation is that teachers, student groups (including students themselves), parents according to certain social standards, make different levels of evaluation of students’ behavior. At present, the assessment of student conduct is still written by the head teacher for the entire class of students for every semester. There are four drawbacks to the comments made by teachers based on experience and impression. 1. Arbitrariness: As the class teacher’s energy and vision are limited, the impression on the 40 to 50 students is bound to have various gaps such as depth, width, clarity and vagueness. Apart from the fact that the two outstanding students are relatively easy to evaluate because of the contrast, the comments of those introverted and mediocre intermediate students are often exceptional.
