在实验室振动磨中对膨润土进行机械处理,时间各异,用X射线衍射分析、差热分析和颗粒尺寸分布研究了矿物的结构变化。借助于阳离子转换能力大小来确定反应性变化。初始材料经机械处理30min后在不同温度下烧结并保温,用X射线衍射检测。膨润土的机械处理在粉末材料中产生结构变化,在进一步加工阶段,尤其是热处理后影响了其性能。
Bentonite was mechanically treated in a laboratory vibration mill at different times and the structural changes of the minerals were studied by X-ray diffraction analysis, differential thermal analysis and particle size distribution. The change in reactivity is determined by the size of the cation exchange capacity. The initial material after mechanical treatment 30min at different temperatures sintering and insulation, with X-ray diffraction detection. Mechanical treatment of bentonite produces structural changes in the powdered material, affecting its properties at further processing stages, especially after heat treatment.
