目的观察冠状动脉介入治疗后血清心肌酶谱升高的影响因素及其对患者近、中期预后的影响。方法对568例冠心病患者行介入治疗后每隔6 h查肌酸激酶(CK)及同工酶(CK-mB)。结果CK、CK-MB均升高39例,酶谱升高的患者中除PTCA+支架组与单纯PTCA组,B、C型病变组与A型病变组,多支血管病变组与单支血管病变组以及心绞痛组与心肌梗死组比较,发现前组比心肌酶谱明显升高(P<0.05)。结论冠状动脉介入治疗可致心肌酶谱升高,升高组患者近、中期心脏事件明显增加。
Objective To investigate the influencing factors of elevated serum myocardial enzymes after coronary intervention and its effect on prognosis of patients in the short and medium term. Methods 568 CHD patients were examined for creatine kinase (CK) and isoenzyme (CK-mB) every 6 hours after interventional therapy. Results CK and CK-MB were elevated in 39 cases. Among patients with elevated zymogram, except for PTCA + stent group and PTCA group, type B and C lesion group and type A lesion group, multivessel disease group and single vessel disease Compared with the myocardial infarction group, the myocardial enzymes of the former group were significantly increased (P <0.05). Conclusions Coronary artery intervention can increase the myocardial enzyme spectrum. In the elevated group, the cardiac events in the proximal and middle stages were significantly increased.
