《证券法律评论》现由中国证券法学研究会主办。中国证券法学研究会是经中国法学会批准,于2008年12月6日在北京成立的从事金融、证券、期货及相关领域法学研究的全国性学术研究组织,主要由国内从事证券法学教育研究的理论工作者,证券立法、司法、监管实务部门专家,证券市场从业人员组成。研究会的组建,得到了全国人大常委会法工委、最高人民法院、国务院法制办、中国证监会、中国法学会、中国证券业协会、中国期货业协会、上海证券交易所、深圳证券交易所等有关部门的指导和支持。研究会的宗旨是:团结和组织全国证券法学界的法学 Securities Law Review is sponsored by China Securities Law Research Association. China Securities Law Research Association is a national scholarly research organization established in Beijing on December 6, 2008 and engaged in jurisprudence research in finance, securities, futures and related fields with the approval of the China Law Society. It mainly consists of domestic companies engaged in securities law education Theoretical workers, securities legislation, judiciary, regulatory practice experts, stock market practitioners. The establishment of the Institute, has been the NPC Standing Committee Law, Supreme People’s Court, State Council Legislative Affairs Office, China Securities Regulatory Commission, China Law Society, China Securities Association, China Futures Association, Shanghai Stock Exchange, Shenzhen Stock Exchange And other relevant departments guidance and support. The purpose of the seminar is to unite and organize the law of securities law in the country
