通过对比实验，系统的归纳出投掷标枪技术教学中克服难点的有效方法和手段。使用这些方法和手段，可使学生更好地掌握基本技术，提高运动成绩，促进教学质量的提高。
Through comparative experiments, the author summarizes the effective methods and means of overcoming difficulties in throwing Javelin teaching systematically. The use of these methods and tools will enable students to better master basic skills, improve their performance and promote the improvement of teaching quality.
