目的了解临床肠内外营养药的应用情况及发展趋势。方法统计2005年～2007年首都医科大学附属北京佑安医院肠内、外营养药的用药金额、用药频度(DDDs),分析用药情况。结果2005～2007年我院临床营养药物的购药金额呈上升趋势。其中,2006年比2005年增加5.34%,2007年比2006年增加9.35%。结论我院临床PN使用基本合理,但促进临床营养支持的合理开展,还需要临床药师的不懈努力。
Objective To understand the clinical application of enteral nutrition and its development trend. Methods From 2005 to 2007, Capital Medical University Affiliated Beijing You’an Hospital, the amount of enteral nutrition tablets, medication frequency (DDDs), analysis of medication. Results From 2005 to 2007, the purchase amount of clinical nutrition drugs in our hospital increased. Among them, in 2006 increased by 5.34% over 2005, an increase of 9.35% over 2007. Conclusion The clinical use of PN in our hospital is basically reasonable, but to promote the rational development of clinical nutrition support, we still need the unremitting efforts of clinical pharmacists.
