随着长株潭三城体系协同发展的进一步推进,户外广告的整体部署规划、运行管理也紧锣密鼓地铺展开来,和谐性与整体性、高效性与持续性、区域性与特色性是长株潭城市群的发展定位。三城体系中的户外广告运营,紧紧围绕低碳理念要求,其中保障城市景观和谐性是首要前提,遵循“可持续发展、突出人文关怀、注重艺术性与文化性相结合”的原则。从度量空间环境承载阈值、整体性与多样性相结合、特色延续性、基于三维街景GIS技术应用新管理等方面,确定了长株潭三城体系户外广告的运行管理和创新发展模式。
With the further development of the synergetic development of the “Three Cities and Three Cities” system in Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan, the overall layout planning and operation management of outdoor advertising are also spreading in full swing. The harmony and integrity, efficiency and continuity of the outdoor advertising system are regional and distinctive Urban Group Development Positioning. The operation of outdoor advertising in Tri-Cities system closely follows the requirements of low-carbon philosophy, in which the harmony of urban landscape is the prerequisite and follows the principle of “sustainable development, outstanding humanistic care and a combination of artistic and cultural characteristics.” From the aspects of measuring the bearing threshold of space environment, the combination of integrity and diversity, characteristic continuity, and the new management based on the application of 3D Street View GIS technology, the operational management and innovative development mode of outdoor advertising in the Three Cities System of Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan was determined.
