目的研究抗微一号的辐射防护机制。方法以Curzon法测定照射小鼠全血5-羟色胺含量及外周血白细胞的变化并观察抗微一号对其的影响。结果60Co-ν射线照射后全血5-羟色胺含量及外周血白细胞均明显降低,抗微一号迅速促进全血5-羟色胺的恢复,而外周血白细胞则在9d以后出现明显恢复。结论抗微一号通过提高机体固有的天然抗辐射能力发挥其有效的抗辐射作用。
Objective To study anti-micro-radiation protection mechanism. Methods Curzon method was used to determine the level of 5-hydroxytryptamine and the changes of peripheral white blood cells in irradiated mice and to observe the effect of anti-micro-1 on it. Results After 60Co-ν-ray irradiation, whole blood serum serotonin levels and peripheral blood leukocytes were significantly decreased. Anti-micro-1 rapidly promoted the recovery of whole blood serotonin, whereas peripheral blood leukocytes recovered significantly after 9 days. Conclusion Anti-micro-1 by enhancing the body’s natural ability to resist radiation to play its effective anti-radiation effect.
