用RV20旋转粘度计和地层条件毛细管流变仪测量了不同油田脱气稠油的流变性,研究了温度对稠油流变性的影响,建立了对应于不同温度的流变模式和适切的本构方程.指出对于稠油存在某一临界温度Tc,当温度高于Tc时,稠油可以视为牛顿流体;当温度低于Tc时,稠油存在初始剪切应力,可以用Bingham型本构方程描述.为了研究稠油在地层中的流变性,采用地层条件毛细管流变仪更为合适.
The rheological properties of heavy oil degassing in different oilfields were measured by RV20 rotating viscometer and capillary pressure rheometer. The effects of temperature on the rheology of heavy oil were studied, and the rheological model corresponding to different temperatures and the appropriate Structure equation. It is pointed out that heavy oil can be regarded as Newtonian fluid when the temperature is higher than Tc for some critical temperature Tc of heavy oil. When temperature is lower than Tc, initial shear stress exists for heavy oil, which can be described by Bingham constitutive equation. In order to study the rheological properties of heavy oil in the formation, it is more appropriate to use the capillary rheometer for formation conditions.
