律师事务所是凝聚律师的组织,是以律师为基本成员的组织,其组织和个体均表现出对法律的信仰。因此,律师事务所的管理首要体现的便是依法之所,这是解决律师事务所管理规范性的必由之路;但是法治并非管理的全部内涵,管理的价值更体现在激发组织和个体的动力,是组织和个体得到全面发展,从而推动行业的健康发展。依法治所、以人为本是律师事务所管理的基本立足点,以人为本是律师事务所管理的双翼,必将促进律师事务所科学发展,促进律师行业更加健康发展。
