目的了解粤东平远县并殖吸虫分布现状。方法调查木溪村、郭屋、岩子坳、五指石、塔子里等5个村山溪中的螺蛳和溪蟹,检查并殖吸虫尾蚴、囊蚴。用检出的并殖吸虫囊蚴人工感染家猫,检查家猫感染情况。结果木溪村螺蛳感染率为1‰(2/2000),郭屋、岩子坳螺蛳感染率为0.5‰(1/2000)。5个调查点检获的螺种为放逸短沟蜷。木溪村、郭屋、岩子坳、五指石、塔子里蟹体并殖吸虫囊蚴感染率分别为55.36%(62/112)、65.26%(62/95)、48.38%(60/124)、35.13%(52/148)和36.75%(43/117)。木溪村和郭屋村溪蟹检出Pw、Ps和Ec三种囊蚴,岩子坳村溪蟹检出Pw和Ps二种囊蚴,五指石和塔里村溪蟹检出Pw和Ec二种囊蚴。解剖人工感染虫卵阳性猫6只,共检获Pw成虫6条、幼虫2条,Ps成虫8条,Ec成虫4条。结论平远县木溪村为Pw、Ps和Ec混合感染高度疫源地;郭屋、岩子坳、五指石和塔子为新发现并殖吸虫高度疫源地;平远县流行的并殖吸虫第二中间宿主溪蟹的优势种为平和华溪蟹。
Objective To understand the distribution of Paragonimus in Pingyuan County of eastern Guangdong. METHODS: The snails and crabs in 5 villages and streams in Muxi village, Guowu village, Yanzi depression, Wuzhishi and Tazili were surveyed and cercaria larvae and metacercariae were examined. Infected with domesticated Paragonimus metacercariae cats to check the domestic cat infection. Results The infection rate of snail in Muxi village was 1 ‰ (2/2000), and the infection rate of snail in Guo house and Yanzi depression was 0.5 ‰ (1/2000). The seizures at the five investigation sites were curled up to let go. The infection rates of Paragonimus larvae metacerids were 55.36% (62/112), 65.26% (62/95), 48.38% (60/124) and 35.13 in Muxi village, Guowu village, Wuzi rock, % (52/148) and 36.75% (43/117). Three kinds of metacercariae of Pw, Ps and Ec were detected in Moxi, Moxi village and Guocuncun creek, and two kinds of metaplasia of Pw and Ps were detected in cynomolgus crab in Yanzuo village. . A total of 6 adult Pw worms were found, 6 were larvae, 8 adults were Ps and 4 were Ec. Conclusion Muxi village in Pingyuan County is a high foci of mixed infection of Pw, Ps and Ec. Guowu, Yanzuoao, Wuzhishi and Tazi are the high foci of newly discovered Paragonimus, and the second intermediate of Paragonimus in Pingyuan county The dominant species of host crab crabs Huaxi peace.
