为探寻防治烟草花叶病的理想药剂 ,经大量试验筛选 ,利用商陆、甘草、连翘等几种植物抽提物配制而成的复配剂 MH1 1 - 4,对由 Tobacco mosaic virus(TMV)和 Cucumber masaic virus(CMV)引起的烟草花叶病进行了室内和田间小区防治试验 .室内盆栽试验结果表明 ,MH 1 1 - 42 0 0倍液对 TMV和 CMV的病株抑制率分别为 6 1 .9%和5 6 .9% ,体外钝化效果分别为 86 .0 2 %和 98.80 % ,防治效果分别为 74.7%和 70 .3% ;田间小区试验表明 ,MH1 1 - 42 0 0 ,30 0倍液的平均防效分别为 88.4% ,86 .5 %
In order to find out the ideal agent for preventing and controlling tobacco mosaic disease, a large number of experiments were conducted to select the optimal combination of MH1 1 - 4, which is prepared from some plant extracts of Phytoplankton, Licorice, Forsythia, ) And Cucumber masaic virus (CMV) were studied indoors and in field plots.The indoor pot experiment results showed that the inhibitory rates of MH 1 1 -400 to TMV and CMV were 6 1 .9% and 56.9% respectively. In vitro passivation effects were 86.0% and 98.80%, respectively. The control effects were 74.7% and 70.3% respectively.
