我国香菇栽培总量急剧增加,导至全球消费量的相对饱和。中国菇农面临挑战,前景如何?笔者认为,其深层原因在于消费阶层、消费习惯、消费心理和菇品类别的选择等方面发生了历史性之巨变,如何协调生产与市场的节拍已成为当务之急。建议在菇业发展的宏观决策上坚持以“尽量第一”“效益至上”为目标,稳定前进;同时做好保鲜、加工、包装工作;大力提高其作为健康食品的卫生指标。根据生产要素相对比势论的法则,全球之香菇业化势在我,前景是光明的。继续努力,香菇业将给中国菇农带来更大的实惠。
The mushroom cultivation in our country has dramatically increased, leading to the relative saturation of global consumption. Chinese mushroom farmers facing challenges, prospects? The author believes that its underlying reason lies in the historic changes in the aspects of consumer class, consumption habits, consumer psychology and mushroom category, and how to coordinate the beat of production and market has become a top priority. It is suggested that we stick to the principle of “as far as possible” and “efficiency above everything else” on the macro-decision-making of mushroom industry and make steady progress. At the same time, we should keep fresh, processed and packaged, and vigorously enhance its health indicators as a healthy food. According to the law of the relative relative potentials of production factors, the world’s mushroom industry is in my potential. The outlook is bright. Continue to work hard, mushroom industry will bring greater benefits to Chinese mushrooms.
