目的 观察复方黄芪当归合剂对绝经猕猴脂质过氧化反应及肾脏结构老化的影响。方法 健康雌性猕猴8 只,经常规检疫有正常月经,行双侧卵巢切除术,制成绝经猕猴老化动物模型,并随机分成两组,未用中药组(对照组)4 只,用中药组(治疗组)4 只,绝经时间30 个月。测定血清及肾组织中丙二醛(MDA)及氧化修饰低密度脂蛋白(OX-LDL)含量,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,并观察肾脏结构变化。结果 中药治疗组猕猴肾脏结构老化程度较对照组明显减轻;中药治疗组猕猴血清及肾组织中MDA 和OX-LDL含量明显低于对照组,SOD活性明显高于对照组(P< 0.05)。结论 复方黄芪当归合剂能提高绝经猕猴SOD活性,抑制脂质过氧化反应及OX-LDL的产生,延缓肾脏结构老化。
Objective To observe the effects of compound Huangqi Angelica mixture on lipid peroxidation and aging of kidney in monkeys. Methods Eight healthy female rhesus macaques were subjected to bilateral oophorectomy by regular quarantine. The animal models of postmenopausal macaques were made and randomly divided into two groups. Four rats in the untreated Chinese medicine group (control group) were used. Treatment group) 4 menopause time 30 months. The content of malondialdehyde (MDA), oxidized low-density lipoprotein (OX-LDL) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) in serum and kidney tissue were measured, and the changes of renal structure were observed. RESULTS: Compared with the control group, the aging of the kidneys of macaque monkeys in the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group was significantly reduced; the content of MDA and OX-LDL in the serum and kidney tissue of the macaque monkeys in the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the SOD activity was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). . Conclusion Compound Astragalus Angelica mixture can increase the activity of SOD in macaques, inhibit lipid peroxidation and production of OX-LDL, and delay the aging of kidney structure.
