目的建立电感耦合等离子体质谱法(Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry,ICP-MS)测定葡萄酒中Li、Be、B、Na、Mg、Al、P、K、Mn、Fe、Ni、Co、Cu、Zn、Ga、As、Mo、Cd、Sn、Sb、Cs、Ba、Hg、TL、Ca、V、Cr、Se、Rb、Sr、Pb和Sb等32种无机元素含量的分析方法。方法葡萄酒样品经直接进样,使用ICP-MS测定32种元素的含量。选择射频功率1550 W,通过在线引入内标后每隔10 min采集含6%(体积分数)乙醇的标准溶液信号以降低基体引起的干扰。结果葡萄酒中含有多种微量元素,其中Ca、Mg、K、Rb、P、Cu含量较高。各元素加标回收率为86%~118%,精密度为0.4%~4.9%(n=10),方法的检出限为0.005~4.00μg/L。标准曲线线性、检出限、精密度及加标回收率等测定结果均令人满意。结论应用ICP-MS直接分析葡萄酒中的微量无机元素具有准确度高、分析快速简便的优点,在葡萄酒无机元素分析方面具有很大的潜力。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of Li, Be, B, Na, Mg, Al, P, K, Mn, Fe, Ni, Co, Cu, Zn in wine by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) 32 kinds of inorganic elements such as Ga, As, Mo, Cd, Sn, Sb, Cs, Ba, Hg, TL, Ca, V, Cr, Se, Rb, Sr, Pb and Sb. Methods Wine samples were directly injected and the content of 32 elements was determined using ICP-MS. RF power of 1550 W was chosen to reduce matrix-induced interference by sampling a standard solution of 6% (volume fraction) ethanol every 10 min after the internal standard was introduced. Results The wine contains many kinds of trace elements, of which Ca, Mg, K, Rb, P and Cu contents are higher. The recovery of each element was 86% ~ 118%, the precision was 0.4% ~ 4.9% (n = 10), and the detection limit was 0.005 ~ 4.00μg / L. The linearity of standard curve, detection limit, precision and spiked recoveries were satisfactory. Conclusion The direct analysis of trace inorganic elements in wine by ICP-MS has the advantages of high accuracy, quick and easy analysis, and great potential in inorganic elemental analysis of wine.
