本研究观察了 2 1名单纯性肥胖少儿和 18名同龄正常非肥胖少儿的运动心电图、血浆内皮素 (ET- 1)、血脂及血压的变化。结果显示 :肥胖组少儿的安静 HR (10 1.11± 12 .11)明显高于对照组少儿安静 HR (76 .1± 7.91) ,两组间存在着显著性差异 (P<0 .0 5) ;而运动时间和运动级别则少于正常少儿组 ,肥胖组少儿的血 TC、 TG、 L DL及 Apo B较非肥胖少儿明显升高 ,但仅TG和 Apo B的改变具有统计学意义 (P值分别 <0 .0 1和 <0 .0 5)。结果提示 :单纯性肥胖症使少儿心功能下降 ,储备能力降低 ,脂质代谢发生紊乱 ,进而导致血管内皮功能异常。血浆 ET水平升高可能是单纯性肥胖症少儿合并高血压冠心病的主要机理之一。
In this study, the changes of exercise ECG, plasma endothelin (ET-1), blood lipids and blood pressure in 21 simple obese children and 18 normal non-obese children of the same age were observed. The results showed that the quiet HR (10 1.11 ± 12.11) in obese group was significantly higher than that in control group (76.1 ± 7.91), there was a significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). While the exercise time and exercise level were less than those in normal children. The levels of TC, TG, L DL and Apo B in obese children were significantly higher than those in non-obese children, but only TG and Apo B had statistical significance (P value <0. 01 and <0. 0 5, respectively. The results suggest that simple obesity causes children’s cardiac function decline, reserve capacity decreases, lipid metabolism disorder, leading to vascular endothelial dysfunction. Elevated plasma levels of ET may be one of the main mechanisms of CHD in children with simple obesity.
