借助模仿进行公文写作,是初学者提高写作能力的一条捷径。模仿虽然和书法、绘画中的临摹极其相似,但它绝非生吞活剥的照抄照搬,而是一种从类似中寻求的引导和点化。 不少人忌讳模仿,认为那是一件不光彩的事,其实这是一种误解。《辞海》中说:“模仿是依照一定榜样做出类似动作和行为的过程。人在掌握语言和各种技能的过程中,‘以及艺术习作的最初阶段,都要借助于模仿。自觉地仿效先进的榜样,可以吸取别人经验,扩大自己经验,作为进一步发挥创造性的基础。”（引自《辞海》1979年版第1319页）由此我们可以得到这样一个信息,即模仿对于人类是一种积极的东西。如果初学者能够把模仿应用在公文写作上,那么最起码可以在实践的摸索中少走一些弯路。模仿对公文写作究竟有哪些作用呢?
