以苜蓿愈伤组织为实验材料,以200mg/L的NaN3诱变苜蓿愈伤组织,以20%PEG溶液处理,对苜蓿愈 伤组织的脯氨酸含量、POD活性和可溶性糖含量进行测定。结果表明:NaN3处理后的苜蓿愈伤组织在PEG胁迫 下,其各项指标明显高于未处理的,NaN3诱变处理后能明显提高苜蓿的抗旱性。
Medicago sativa callus was used as experimental material to induce alfalfa callus with 200mg / L NaN3 and treated with 20% PEG solution. The contents of proline, POD and soluble sugar in alfalfa callus were determined. The results showed that under the stress of PEG, the callus of alfalfa treated with NaN3 was significantly higher than that of untreated alfalfa, and the drought resistance of alfalfa could be obviously increased by NaN3 mutagenesis.
