目的探讨16排螺旋CT泌尿系的三维重建技术的重要应用价值。方法 42例泌尿系病症患者,在对上述患者的泌尿系进行16排CT扫描时,额外增加一个延迟扫描系列。采集扫描图像的数据并进一步对尿路时行三维重建成像。并且对42例患者的三维重建成像逐一分析成像的质量。结果通过利用16排螺旋CT泌尿系的三维重建技术治疗泌尿系病症42例患者,结果发现三维重建技术所形成的影像具有较强的立体感,能够清晰的反映出患者尿路的全貌和解剖的具体走向。结论 16排螺旋CT三维重建技术可为临床医生提供准确的泌尿系统疾病诊断及治疗依据,有利于患者尽快确诊病情并获得积极救治,保障其临床疗效及生活质量。
Objective To explore the important application value of three-dimensional reconstruction of 16-slice spiral CT urinary system. Methods A total of 42 patients with urological disorders were additionally given a delayed scan series when performing a 16-row CT scan of the urinary tract of these patients. Acquisition of the scanned image data and further 3D reconstruction of urinary tract imaging. The quality of imaging was analyzed one by one in three-dimensional reconstruction of 42 patients. Results By using 16-slice spiral CT urography three-dimensional reconstruction of the treatment of urinary tract disease in 42 patients, the results found that three-dimensional reconstruction of the image formed by a strong three-dimensional, can clearly reflect the patient’s urinary tract and anatomical Specific direction. Conclusion 16-slice spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction technology for clinicians to provide accurate diagnosis and treatment of urological diseases based on the diagnosis of patients with favorable conditions and access to active treatment to protect their clinical efficacy and quality of life.
