目的:探讨火麻仁油藻油混合油软胶囊对混合型高脂血症大鼠血脂及脂质过氧化的影响。方法:将50只大鼠随机分为5组,即空白对照组、模型对照组、火麻仁油藻油低剂量组(160 mg/kg)、火麻仁油藻油中剂量组(320 mg/kg)、火麻仁油藻油高剂量组(640 mg/kg),以高脂饲料喂养并给予不同剂量火麻仁油藻油灌胃,测大鼠体重、睾脂肪垫重、肾周脂肪垫重,计算脂体比,并检测血清中TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C、丙二醛含量、超氧化物歧化酶活性、谷胱甘肽含量及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性。结果:模型组大鼠体重、睾脂肪垫重、肾周脂肪垫重、脂体比显著增加,TG、TC含量显著升高,HDL-C显著降低,丙二醛显著升高,超氧化物歧化酶、谷胱甘肽及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶显著降低(P<0.01或P<0.05)。与模型组比较,火麻仁油藻油高、中、低剂量组大鼠体重、睾脂肪垫重、肾周脂肪垫重、脂体比显著降低,丙二醛含量显著降低,超氧化物歧化酶、谷胱甘肽及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶含量显著升高(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:火麻仁油藻油具有显著调节血脂、抗氧化作用。
Objective: To investigate the effects of hemp seed oil and oil-in-oil soft capsule on blood lipids and lipid peroxidation in mixed hyperlipidemic rats. Conclusion: The hemp oil has a significant effect on regulating blood fat and antioxidation.
