建立了碱熔-盐酸提取-电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定铁矿石中的磷、硅、铝的方法。通过实验确定了分析谱线和盐酸用量。方法检出限低,线性相关系数r均大于0.999 9。对实际铁矿石样品进行重复6次测定,并做了加标回收实验,精密度为0.18%~1.65%,回收率为98.0%~112.4%,经国家标准品验证,测定值与标准值相符。该方法快速准确,能达到同时测定铁矿石中磷、硅、铝的分析要求。
A method for the determination of phosphorus, silicon and aluminum in iron ores by alkali fusion - hydrochloric acid extraction - inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry was established. Through the experiment, the analytical line and the amount of hydrochloric acid were determined. The method detection limit is low, the linear correlation coefficient r is greater than 0.999 9. The actual iron ore samples were measured 6 times repeatedly, and the spiked recovery experiment was done with the precision of 0.18% -1.65% and the recovery rate of 98.0% ~ 112.4%. The measured values were in accordance with the national standards . The method is rapid and accurate, and can simultaneously determine the analysis requirements of phosphorus, silicon and aluminum in iron ore.
