本文侧重于探讨连杆强度计算中一些较复杂的问题,包括下列内容: (1)连杆衬套、轴瓦与连杆孔的装配过盈和热过盈的处理方法; (2)考虑连杆螺钉的作用; (3)活塞销、曲柄销对连杆孔的分布作用力的研究; (4)连杆大端结合面受力情况分析; (5)连杆强度计算时工况位置的选取; (6)连杆斜约束的处理方法。 此外,还研究了处理以上某些问题的简易方法。 本文的目的在于探求尽可能逼近实际情况的连杆强度计算所需的各种边界条件及其相应的计算方法,务使其计算结果不仅有定性的而且有定量的价值。
This article focuses on some of the more complex problems in the calculation of connecting rod strength, including the following: (1) the method of handling the assembly interference and thermal interference of the connecting rod bushing, bearing bush and connecting rod hole; (2) The role of the screw; (3) piston pin, crank pin on the distribution of the connecting rod hole force; (4) connecting rod end of the force analysis; (5) connecting rod strength calculation of working conditions ; (6) connecting rod oblique constraint processing method. In addition, we have explored easy ways to deal with some of these issues. The purpose of this paper is to explore various boundary conditions and their corresponding calculation methods required to calculate the connecting rod strength as close as possible to the actual situation so as to make the calculation not only qualitatively but also quantitatively.
