国内普通法立井施工排水多采用吊泵,因为它占用空间面积小,而且扬程较高。我们在建设鄂庄煤矿主、副、风井和燕子山煤矿副井、以及蒋庄煤矿各井筒施工中,都采用NBD-50型吊泵排水。井深为205米~488米,结合工程实践,对NBD-50型吊泵作了以下修改,收到较好的效果。 1.增加叶轮以提高扬程 该型泵额定流量为50米~3/时,额定扬程为250米,我们在并筒掘到垂深240米时,水速缓慢,扬水困难。因井筒中间转水站设在深256米处,为此增加叶轮1个,运行时情况正常,满足了施工排水的要求,增加两个叶轮,扬程增加44米,运行情况良好。
