目的总结采用高效液相色谱法测定地高辛注射液含量的经验。方法采用高效液相色谱法,Diamonsil C18(5μm,250mm×4.6mm)为色谱柱,乙腈-水(40∶60)为流动相,流速为1.5ml.min-1,检测波长为229nm。结果实验结果表明地高辛浓度在50~400mg·mL-1(r=0.9998)时呈良好线性关系。加样回收率为99.8%。结论本文结果表明,高效液相色谱法用于地高辛注射液含量测定,具有较好的分离能力、较高的灵敏度和精确度,方便简单,重现性好。
Objective To summarize the experience of determination of digoxin injection by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used with Diamonsil C18 (5μm, 250mm × 4.6mm) as the mobile phase and acetonitrile-water (40:60) as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.5ml.min-1. The detection wavelength was 229nm. Results The experimental results showed that the concentration of digoxin in the 50 ~ 400mg · mL-1 (r = 0.9998) showed a good linear relationship. The sample recovery rate was 99.8%. Conclusion The results show that HPLC for the determination of digoxin injection has good separation ability, high sensitivity and accuracy, easy and simple, good reproducibility.
