Objective To explore the protective effect of Salvia miltiorrhiza polyphenols in lung injury induced by one lung ventilation and provide references for its clinical application. Methods OLV rabbits were divided into control group, OLV group, OLV + LD (low dose) group and OLV + HD (high dose) group. OLV + LD group and OLV + HD group OLV before receiving salvianolate 10mg / kg and 30mg / kg intravenous infusion, paraffin sections HE staining observed the pathological changes in each group before OLV OLV at 1h and 2h serum interleukin -6 (IL -6, TNF-α, MDA and SOD in lung tissue of OLV-treated rats were compared before and after OLV. The levels of surfactant protein A (SPA) The expression level. Results The pathological changes of inflammatory cell infiltration and impaired alveolar wall structure were found in OLV, OLV + LD and OLV + HD groups. The pathological changes were the most significant in the OLV group compared with the control group (P <0.05 ). Compared with the control group, the level of IL-6, TNF-α and MDA in serum increased significantly and the level of SOD decreased significantly (P <0.05) in OLV group <0.05). Compared with the control group, the expression of SPA in lung tissue of the other groups was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.05), and was significantly lower in OLV group than in OLV-HD group <0.05). Conclusion Salvianolic acid polyphenols can protect OLV lungs against oxidative stress, anti-inflammatory and SPA secretion.
