和谐的师生关系是教师和学生双向良性互动的过程和结果。遗憾的是,在目前我国的中小学教育管理中,教师对学校和学生的管理权日渐缺失,老师的主导地位不断弱化。如何回归教师的管理权,创建和谐的师生关系成为目前亟待解决的问题。
Harmonious teacher-student relationship is the process and result of the two-way benign interaction between teachers and students. Regrettably, in the current education and management of primary and secondary schools in China, the right of teachers to school and students is gradually being lost, and teachers’ leading position is constantly weakening. How to return to the management rights of teachers and create a harmonious relationship between teachers and students has become a problem that needs to be solved urgently.
