电控直列泵-管-阀-嘴(PPVI)柴油喷射系统是在综合各种电控柴油喷射系统特点的基础上形成的对机械式直列泵-管-嘴系统实现电子控制的新型系统,本文分析了电控直列泵-管-阀-嘴柴油喷射系统的结构和工作原理,设计和开发了满足该系统工作要求的控制装置,通过试验验证了电控喷射系统工作的可行性。研究了一些结构和调整参数对系统性能的影响,试验结果表明该新型电控喷射系统具有较好的综合控制性能。
In-line In-Line Pump-Pipe-Valve-Mouth (PPVI) Diesel injection system is a new type of system for electronic control of mechanical in-line pump-pipe-nozzle system based on the characteristics of various electronic diesel injection systems. The structure and working principle of the electronically controlled in-line pump-pipe-valve-nozzle diesel injection system are analyzed. The control device which meets the working requirements of the system is designed and developed. The feasibility of the operation of the electronically controlled injection system is verified through experiments. The influence of some structure and adjustment parameters on the system performance was studied. The experimental results show that the new type of electronic control injection system has good comprehensive control performance.
