实验测量掺杂不同金属离子的TiO2 纳米晶簇在UV和可见波段的室温光吸收谱。金属离子掺杂明显增强TiO2 纳米晶簇的光吸收。TiO2 带隙发生红移。光吸收增加量随波长非线性变化。
Room temperature optical absorption spectra of TiO2 nanoclusters doped with different metal ions at UV and visible wavelengths were measured experimentally. Metal ion doping significantly enhances the light absorption of TiO2 nanoclusters. TiO2 bandgap redshift. The amount of light absorption increases nonlinearly with wavelength.
