以金属骨架材料Ag2(4,4’-bipy)2-(O3SCH2CH2SO3),Ag(4,4’-bipy)NO3和Ag(4,4’-bipy)ClO4为吸附剂,在常温常压下,研究了不同剂油物质的量比条件下的吸附脱硫效果,并测试了在不同1-辛烯含量的模拟油(含硫质量分数为500μg/g)中的脱硫效果。结果表明:3种吸附剂在吸附前后晶体骨架结构略有改变;对噻吩的吸附程度都能达到70%左右;随着吸附剂含量的增加,脱硫率明显增加,最多的Ag2(4,4’-bipy)2-(O3SCH2CH2SO3)可以增加12.22%;1-辛烯含量对Ag2(4,4’-bipy)2-(O3SCH2CH2SO3)的脱硫效果没有明显影响。同时Ag2(4,4’-bipy)2-(O3SCH2CH2SO3)对真实汽油的吸附脱硫实验表明:在常温常压下,真实汽油含硫质量分数可从70μg/g降低到8μg/g;再生后的吸附剂重复使用5次其吸附性能基本不变。
The metal framework materials Ag2 (4,4’-bipy) 2- (O3SCH2CH2SO3), Ag (4,4’-bipy) NO3 and Ag (4,4’-bipy) ClO4 were used as adsorbents. The desulfurization efficiency of different oil-to-oil ratio under different conditions was studied, and the desulfurization efficiency of simulated oil with different content of 1-octene (sulfur content of 500μg / g) was tested. The results showed that the crystal structure of the three adsorbents changed slightly before and after adsorption. The adsorption capacity of thiophene was about 70%. With the increase of adsorbents, the desulfurization rate increased obviously. The most Ag2 (4,4 ’ -bipy) 2- (O3SCH2CH2SO3) can increase by 12.22%; 1-octene content has no obvious effect on the desulfurization effect of Ag2 (4, 3’-bipy) 2- (O3SCH2CH2SO3). Adsorption desulfurization of real gasoline with Ag2 (4,4’-bipy) 2- (O3SCH2CH2SO3) showed that the sulfur content of real gasoline could be reduced from 70μg / g to 8μg / g under normal temperature and pressure. After regeneration Adsorbent repeated use of 5 times its adsorption performance remained unchanged.
