本案位于繁忙的东京商业区,在设计本案之初,业主希望设计团队为其打造一座由钢筋混凝土制成的三层住房。但是考虑到成本和条件的限制,设计团队决定以传统木梁作为住宅内部的结构,并在建筑外层饰以混凝土立面。这样既满足了业主的需求,又减少了建筑的重量,保证了安全性且大大节省了成本。室内空间采用了木材地板及大量的木质家具,中和了混凝土给人的冷峻之感,多了一份温馨宁静的生活气息。客厅里放置了一张简约的L型浅啡色皮沙发,既舒适又不失时尚感。沙发旁边是餐厅,木质餐桌和布艺餐椅相搭配,给聚餐时光营造出 The case was located in the busy Tokyo commercial district. At the beginning of the design of the case, the owner hoped that the design team would build a three-storey housing made of reinforced concrete.
