供应链要与市场需求特性相适应。实现供应链敏捷化过程应遵循市场敏感性原则、虚拟性原则、过程集成性原则和网络化原则;敏捷化策略包括精益与敏捷集成化策略、延迟化策略、供应商管理策略和简单化策略。文章认为企业之间的产品质量和价格竞争正在被供应链之间的敏捷性竞争所代替,只有实施敏捷化供应链支持的市场战略的企业,才能从容对应市场需求,获得持续的竞争优势。
Supply chain to adapt to market demand characteristics. The process of agile supply chain should follow the principle of market sensitivity, the principle of virtualization, the principle of process integration and the principle of network. Agile strategies include integration of lean and agile strategy, delaying strategy, supplier management strategy and simplification strategy. The article holds that product quality and price competition among enterprises are being replaced by the agile competition among supply chains. Only enterprises that implement market strategies supported by agile supply chain can calmly respond to market demand and obtain sustainable competitive advantage.
