甲丙氨酯经酸水解，酰胺键断裂，游离ＮＨ可与Ｎａ－ＴＰＢ定量形成沉淀。本文即以此原理，用交流示波极谱法测定其含量，回收率为９９．４９％，ＲＳＤ为０．０９３％（ｎ＝４）。
Methacryl ester by acid hydrolysis, amide bond cleavage, free NH can be formed with Na-TPB quantitative precipitation. This article is based on this principle, the use of alternating current oscillopolarographic determination of its content, the recovery was 99.49%, RSD was 0.093% (n = 4).
