分析了电力企业培训的形式与特点,介绍了情境涉入在电力企业培训中的设计与导入方法,包括情境涉入、认知摄入和归纳提升等过程;通过情境涉入培训方法的实例与运用,并运用社会网络分析方法建立了对情境涉入培训的效果预测模型。模型表明,学员之间的社会关系网络的网络密度与接近中心度不宜过高或过低,否则会影响培训效果。
This paper analyzes the forms and characteristics of the training of power enterprises, introduces the design and introduction methods of situations involved in the training of power enterprises, including the process of situation involvement, cognition intake and induction and promotion.
