改革开放后我国经济发展迅速,这个过程中涌现出大量企业,其中绝大多数是中小企业。与大型企业相比中小企业无论在管理还是经营方面都存在较多问题,在激烈的市场竞争中中小企业的生存变得更加困难。在这个大背景下很多中小企业为了在激烈市场竞争中获得发展,常常采用违背道德手段或者违法手段,这些都对市场经济的有序发展造成了恶劣影响,对于企业自身的危害也是巨大的。基于此中小企业战略管理中的道德缺失问题得到了越来越多人的关注,所以中小企业应当充分重视战略管理中的道德问题,保证所有经营管理活动能够合法、遵守道德伦理要求。
After the reform and opening up, China’s economy has developed rapidly. In the process, a large number of enterprises emerged, most of them small and medium-sized enterprises. Compared with large-scale enterprises, SMEs have more problems in management and operation, and the survival of SMEs in the fierce market competition has become more difficult. In this context, many SMEs often violate the moral or illegal means in order to gain development in the fierce market competition. All of these have adversely affected the orderly development of the market economy and are also detrimental to the enterprises themselves. Based on this lack of morality in strategic management of small and medium-sized enterprises, more and more people’s attention has been paid. Therefore, SMEs should give full attention to the moral issues in strategic management and ensure that all business management activities are legal and comply with the moral and ethical requirements.
