IGBT研究及工艺技术的日趋成熟,使得IGBT在高压大功率领域的应用十分广泛。在电子直线加速器领域,引入IGBT可以简化电路结构,提升电源系统性能。在多能量档电子辐照加速器项目中,大功率线型脉冲调制器的研制使用1.7 kV/800 A IGBT作为充电开关管,选择2SD315A-17驱动芯片作为驱动电路,工作在直接模式。除去芯片本身具有的短路和过流保护等功能外,还根据需要增加了欠压保护、故障保持和复位等功能。图1所示为IGBT
