川乌、草乌分别是毛茛科(Ranunculaceae)乌头属(Aconitum L.)的植物乌头(Aconitum CarmichaeliDebx)和北乌头(A.kusnezoffii Reichb.)的干燥块根,而附子则是乌头(A.Carmichaeli Debx.)的子根加工品。乌头、附子的临床应用与疗效,倍受中医药界的重视,自张仲景起沿用至今已达二千年之久。《伤寒论》载方113个,有附子者20,占总载方量的18%,1990版中国药典所收中药成方中含有乌头、附子者
Chuanwu and Kusao are the dry roots of Aconitum Carmichaeli Debx and A.kusnezoffii Reichb. of Aconitum L. of the family Ranunculaceae. Aconitum is Aconitum. Sub-root processing of A. Carmichaeli Debx.). The clinical application and curative effect of Aconitum sibirica and Aconite are much valued by the Chinese medicine community. Since its adoption, Zhang Zhongjing has been used for 2,000 years. The “Treatise on Febrile Diseases” contained 113 parties, 20 of which were aconite, which accounted for 18% of the total amount of prescriptions. The Chinese version of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia included in the 1990 edition contained aconite and aconite.
