采用Miedema二元生成热模型 ,从热力学上证明了稀土镧和钢中多种残余元素反应是完全可能的。采用SEM及TEM手段研究了稀土镧在不同锡含量的钢中形成夹杂的情况。镧可以和钢中较低含量的锡 (0 0 45 % )作用生成镧锡金属间化合物。证实了用稀土金属减轻低氧、低硫钢中残余元素对钢性能危害的可行性。
Using Miedema binary generation thermal model, thermodynamically proved that the rare earth lanthanum and a variety of residual elements in the reaction is entirely possible. SEM and TEM were used to study the inclusion of rare earth lanthanum in steels with different tin contents. Lanthanum can form a lanthanum tin intermetallic compound with a lower content of tin (0 0 45%) in the steel. The feasibility of using rare earth metals to mitigate the damage of low oxygen and residual elements in low sulfur steel to steel performance was confirmed.
