为了提高热轧高温步进式加热炉的使用寿命,对加热炉炉墙、立柱、围堤、炉底所用的浇注料、捣打料的性能进行了分析,发现不少品种耐火材料的荷软温度都小于1 380℃的最高加热温度,有些甚至低于1 300℃,因此,造成立柱及围堤粘渣严重。针对加热炉用耐火材料不能适应工艺要求的特点,在所订的标准中将耐火材料变形量0.6%的荷软温度提高到1 400℃以上,对耐火材料的性能提出了相应的要求,以减少炉衬的粘渣。有针对性的选择使用耐火材料,建立适应高温加热钢种生产用的耐火材料标准后,以适当价格,按照标准采购耐火材料,以推进热轧生产的技术进步,降低维修成本。
