通过涂布平板法,对木薯根际土壤样品进行放线菌的分离培养和筛选,得到2株拮抗尖孢镰刀菌古巴专化型4号小种的放线菌(MS13、MS14)。形态特征观察、生理生化特性检测、16S rDNA序列分析等结果表明,菌株MS13属于细链孢菌属(Catenulispora),菌株MS14属于链霉菌属(Streptomyces)。皿内抑菌试验表明,菌株MS13、MS14对11种病原菌中的多数皆有较好的拮抗作用,具有较好的抑菌广谱性;但它们对不同属或同一属不同种靶标菌的抑菌效果各不相同,又具有明显的抑菌特异性。
Actinomycetes (MS13, MS14) antagonistic to Fusarium oxysporum var. Minor race 4 were obtained from the rhizosphere soil of cassava by means of coating plate method. Morphological characteristics, physiological and biochemical characteristics, 16S rDNA sequence analysis showed that strain MS13 belonged to Catenulispora and strain MS14 belonged to Streptomyces. The antibacterial test in the dish showed that the strains MS13 and MS14 had a good antagonistic effect on most of the 11 pathogenic bacteria and had a good bacteriostasis spectrum. However, they were sensitive to different target organisms of different genus or same genus Different bacterial effects, but also has obvious antimicrobial specificity.
